1. About Prompt It

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase from our website.
3. The Product
Prompt It is a digital product made of video tutorials and related resources. Nothing is shipped. After your order is confirmed, you receive access by email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown on the product page at the time of purchase, including any activation fee. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. We may change our prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.
5. Third-Party Tools
The course teaches you to use Claude (by Anthropic) and Higgsfield, which are independent services. Prompt It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic or Higgsfield. To follow the course, you need your own accounts on these services, which have their own pricing, credits and terms of use. We are not responsible for any changes, outages or charges from these services.
6. Your License to Use the Course
When you buy Prompt It, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course. You may not:
- share your access, login or files with anyone else;
- copy, resell, redistribute or publish the course content, in whole or in part;
- use the course content to create a competing product.
7. Content You Create
The videos, images and other content you create by following the course belong to you. You may use them for your personal projects, your business or your clients. You are responsible for respecting the terms of use of the tools you use and for making sure your content does not infringe anyone's rights.
8. No Guarantee of Results
We teach methods and share examples, but results depend on your own work, your products, your market and many other factors. We do not guarantee any specific results, such as views, sales or income.
